These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aripnplay ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aripnplay website located at https://aripnplay.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by aripnplay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. aripnplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the aripnplay Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. aripnplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must notify aripnplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. aripnplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

Account registration is free of charge. aripnplay does not charge any fees for the creation or maintenance of a player account.

All financial transactions on the aripnplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). aripnplay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are generally credited to your aripnplay account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. aripnplay reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the aripnplay account holder.

aripnplay reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.

aripnplay will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the registered account holder will be declined and may result in account suspension.

aripnplay may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. aripnplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

aripnplay's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All games available on the aripnplay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

aripnplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, aripnplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wagers placed. aripnplay's decision in such circumstances is final.

aripnplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void any winnings derived from such conduct, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the aripnplay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of aripnplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aripnplay.

aripnplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aripnplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aripnplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aripnplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

aripnplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the aripnplay Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to aripnplay's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.
